Where can i buy one of these?

I collect a lot of weapons and i use them in martial arts and i was wondering (from seeing the movie Prince of Persia) if there is such a weapon as demonstrated in the film, where one of the assasians had two whips and one of them had a claw on the end. Is this a real weapon? If so show me where i can get one.
