What is a S1 sacral radiculopathy? Read below and tell me what does this mean.?

Had an emg. They said that one of the conclusions was evidence of S1 sacral radiculopathy. The lumbar spine and left lower extremity demonstrated abnormal spontaneous activity in the left peroneus longus, medial gastrocneimius and lumbar paraspinals. What does this mean?
