Online sbi banking to book railway tickets.?

the irctc website opens into onlinesbi home page but my userid and password are not accepted stating " transaction not mapped" . SBI staff say that online payment option for rail booking is only for individual customers and not corporate users. is this correct. If not what is the solution?
