How much Protien Should I have a day And Calories I'm 15 and work out?

I use Shakes they have a lot of of each about 6 grams of p. Calories 50 Plus it added to milk so milk has 8 grams of p How much should i get a day of each> I work out everyday but 1 day i rest for the week
