Not true. They could get a COPY of the video with a warrant, but they didn't want a copy. They wanted to erase any and all evidence that could be used to suggest that they indiscriminately killed a man, which is probably what happenned, self defense my ******* asshole. Police are pricks, flick them off every chance you get.
