Am i eligible for current sbi PO exam?

I have just finished my graduate in B.E(IT) in Annamalai university with aggregate of 69%.And i also got course completion(cc) certificate form the above university.i don't have any standing arrears.my degree certificate would come in this September.am i eligible for current sbi PO exam?
