Why does he take me on dates but won't flirt or make a move on me?

I don't understand why everything has to be about him doing or not doing something. What about you? Are you interested in him? If no, then you should probably stop leading him on, or if you are then why haven't you flirted with him? It sounds like you're being really one-sided. Are you being this way because of gender roles? If you're interested then make a move yourself instead of expecting him to just because he has a penis.
